COVID-19 Update - Maintrac Group Business Continuity Plan
The current situation:
In order to reduce the impact of COVID-19, the New Zealand government is moving to alert level 4, placing the country in lock down from Thursday 26th of March. This lock down is expected to be in place for at least 4 weeks.

At Maintrac Group, all our staff are working remotely from home. We are here to help, so please keep in touch with us as usual. The preference for communication is for you to send us a message by email, or via the live chat on our website. Please include your contact details, then we can respond to you by phone or email.
Our business is closed to the public, there will be no onsite sales or onsite pickup available. Please use our website to browse or purchase from our product range, read helpful information and communicate with our team.
Maintrac Group operate a business based in New Zealand, with product dispatched from New Zealand. At the current time courier, freight and logistics services continue to operate. This means we can continue to dispatch product that we currently have available in New Zealand. Priority will be given to those working in essential services. If this situation changes we will advise.
If a specific product or order can not be dispatched, we will advise.
Please note: for our customers in Australia, while we can still ship to Australia delivery time frames may be longer than usual. We will provide tracking details so you can track the status of your shipment online.
For our international customers, delivery time frames are also likely to be longer than usual and can be impacted by COVID-19 regulations in different countries or areas, with little or no notice.
